We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join us who has a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining kitchen standards.
We offer great onsite facilities including a share of the tips, free gym on site, group pension scheme, income protection, life assurance, private health care, EAP, free parking with access to charge electric cars as well as training and development opportunities. The days we are looking to cover this role will be Monday & Tuesdays, fixed term 10 hour contract until the end of September 2026. They may be a possibility for extra hours as required.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service with a smile? Do you thrive in a vibrant and energetic environment? If so, we want you to be part of our Sidings team, on the outskirts of Hereford, situated within 2 vintage trains.
You will be working 10 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday 10am-3pm), on top of your salary you will receive a share of the weekly tips. This is a fixed term contract until the end of September 2026.
Chef de Partie
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. With daytime hours (8am–5pm) and occasional evening shifts for special events, this role suits someone passionate about quality food, eager to learn, and keen to grow within a supportive, creative environment.
You’ll be part of a team that values consistency, collaboration, and a genuine love for hospitality, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the business.
